Shipping Policy

Orders for ready-made items are shipped within 24-48 hours excluding weekends. In rare cases an item may not be in stock and may delay the ship time. If there is a significant delay we will notify buyer via email.


Orders for made-to-order items are typically shipped within 1-2 weeks in non-peak season. Certain categories may take longer (i.e.. seat covers). Many medical products are considered made-to-order however, they are listed as in stock in order to facilitate and process the order. We also consider a product in-stock if we can make it within the typical shipping time of 2 business days (3 days in rare circumstances).

Weekend/Holiday Orders

When orders are placed on weekends or holidays we will attempt to send out the order within 48 hours of the next business day.

Preferred Carrier

Our preferred freight carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS). We will ship all orders UPS unless another shipping method is requested and available. We do reserve the right to ship by other carriers.

International Shipments

We accept orders for international shipments to Canada and Mexico. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to tarriffs, customs duties and associated assessments. Inquire locally. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), and other Customs Clearance Fees. The shipping charges by do not include any of these fees and are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser.

Expedited Shipping offers expedited shipping, however all shipping times and delays are the responsibility of the actual carrier. is not responsible for UPS, USPS, or FedEx shipping policies and rules.
