30-day Money Back Guarantee

Non-custom wool products (mattress topper/pads, massage table covers) have a 30-day money back guarantee* through LoveMySheepskin.com. Product MUST be still new and in original packaging. No exceptions. If you need warranty service past the 30-day return policy, it will be provided as per the warranty and service guidelines provided by the actual manufacturer of the product. Warranty only applies to manufactured goods that are provided a warranty through the original manufacturer. Upon receipt of a pre-authorized return we will attempt to issue a refund, minus actual shipping, packaging costs, and other associated costs paid by us including an applicable restock fee, within 3 business days.

All products must be pre-authorized BEFORE shipping back. All items sent back without a pre-authorization will not be given credit.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom-Made Wool Products cannot be returned except for defects in the material or workmanship.

In the event there is a problem, LoveMySheepskin.com may pay to have the product returned to the factory to evaluate your complaint. In the event that the product was does not meet the guidelines of a manufacturer defect we will require that postage paid by us and return postage be paid to us prior to returning the product to you. In addition LoveMySheepskin.com reserves the right to fix any problems or replace the product at our discretion. Please remember, when ordering custom-made product, you acknowledge at the time of placing the order that you understand that custom-made orders cannot be returned for a refund.
