30-day Money Back Guarantee

Pre-made footwear products have a 30-day money back guarantee* through Product MUST be still new and in original packaging. No exceptions. If you need warranty service past the 30-day return policy, it will be provided as per the warranty and service guidelines provided by the actual manufacturer of the product. Warranty only applies to manufactured goods that are provided a warranty through the original manufacturer. Upon receipt of a pre-authorized return we will attempt to issue a refund, minus actual shipping costs paid by us and applicable restock fee, within 3 business days.

All products must be pre-authorized BEFORE shipping back. All items sent back without a pre-authorization will not be given credit.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom-Made Footwear products cannot be returned except for defects in the material or workmanship.

In the event there is a problem, will pay to have the product returned to the factory to evaluate your complaint. In the event that the product was does not meet the guidelines of a manufacturer defect we will require that postage paid by us and return postage be paid to us prior to returning the product to you. In addition reserves the right to fix any problems or replace the product at our discretion. Please remember, when ordering custom-made product, you acknowledge at the time of placing the order that you understand that custom-made orders cannot be returned for a refund. Custom work is made by hand and yes we do occasionally make mistakes although they are very infrequent. It is usually always something small so it is corrected and shipped back to you the same day it comes back into our factory.
